A practical 6-week coaching and training programme designed to help young men aged 15-21 manage pressure, build confidence, and develop essential life skills - for school, work, relationships, and life.
The programme can be taken as a 1:1 course or as part of a group.
Many young men experience stress, low confidence, emotional overwhelm, or a lack of direction - yet are rarely shown how to understand and manage their inner world.
This empowering and enlightening, interactive course provides practical tools to help you think more clearly, feel stronger, handle pressure, and make better decisions - all without lectures, judgement, or labels.
